All Staging packages require a completed Staging Consultation,
with the exception of Full Furnishings Staging Services for vacant properties.

Staging Consultation with Home Evaluation Report:

The home selling process can be quite exciting! However, with so much to do it can be difficult to know exactly where to begin. Champagne Chic Interiors has an organized system to help begin the process of readying the home for sale, and it begins with the Staging Consultation.

Consultations begin with a two to four hour thorough walk-through of the exterior and interior of the home. We will take digital photos to highlight areas of concern or to designate focal points of your rooms. We will review the steps of Staging and discuss how each step will add to the property's overall allure. You will learn about the psychology of the buyer and how your home can best appeal to the buyer’s five senses. You will also discover why Staged homes have a competitive advantage over homes not prepared for sale, and why each recommendation is important to your overall goal of selling your home for top dollar.

We will then begin preparing your written Home Evaluation, which is a 20 to 40 page interior and exterior diagnostic report with specific enhancement instructions.

The Home Evaluation includes:

• Customized, room-by-room enhancement recommendations that you can implement yourself

• Multiple property photos with detailed information on how to improve the space

• Recommendations of any repairs or improvements that will benefit the property

• Suggestions on how to prepare the home to sell

• A list of your Top Five Staging Priorities

• Eight page Tip Sheet explaining all the "standards" of Staging the home, area by area
   

Armed with the Home Evaluation, you can immediately begin doing the work yourself or hiring the painters, cleaners, packers and/or handymen you need to get it done and get your house on the market!

We also offer a "Walk and Talk" Staging Consultation, which is a complete walk-through of the interior and exterior of the home. We will discuss strengths and weaknesses of the property, as well as suggestions and recommendations you will need to prepare your home for sale. One Day Editing:

One Day Editing is the most efficient way
to quickly transform your home.

Each of your home’s Four Main Areas (The Foyer, Kitchen/Breakfast Area, Family Room, and Master Bedroom/Bath) will be edited and arranged to show off the area’s best features. We analyze each room’s needs and then rearrange, eliminate, and position the furniture and accessories for you. In just a short while we're able to create the “Wow” factor that buyers respond to!

Full Service Staging:

Our Full Service Staging service goes beyond One Day Editing to complete the preparation of all additional rooms in the home. Furniture layout, proper accessorizing and lighting are just a few of the areas we consider when Staging each room for show. Full Service Staging results in the home feeling “unified” by connecting each space aesthetically. Buyers will love your home’s amazing new look!

Ambiance Package:

This package is the “Cristal” of Champagne Chic Interiors’ Home Staging Services! The Ambiance Package includes additional accessories from our inventory that will transform your rooms into luxurious spaces that buyers really respond to! Ambient lighting, area rugs, candles, greenery, and other accessories make up vignettes that transform your house into a “model home” setting. This package, in combination with One Day Editing or Full Service Staging, creates the ultimate assault on the buyer’s senses… which results in a positive impression that they just can’t forget!
 

Pricing: $80 per month and up, depending on accents needed.

Ambiance items are rented on a monthly basis.
Each item is rented at 20% of its current retail value, as per rental industry standards

Full Furnishings Package:

This package is conducive to Staging vacant homes, or homes with very little furnishings. Buyers have a difficult time envisioning their items in a vacant property, so we provide room “vignettes” to spark the buyer’s imagination.

Often, just a few well-placed items will create the environment needed. We keep a rental inventory of various furnishings and accessories that we can utilize, or furniture rental through retail companies can also be coordinated if a full selection of furnishings is requested. Champagne Chic Interiors is happy to work within any budget established to Stage your vacant home.
