Redesign Consultations:
|
We’ll
begin by visiting with you in the actual space that you wish
to transform. We’ll discuss what is working or not working for
you in the space, how it is used, who uses it, and what your
ultimate goal is for the area. In short, we do a lot of
listening so that we may honor your wishes for your room.
After gathering detailed information, Champagne Chic Interiors
then shares our “master plan” with you for the space.
You may intend for us to put this plan into action, or you may
just need help developing a vision for your own
"Do-It-Yourself" project.
If you decide to let us perform your “master plan”
transformation, Champagne Chic Interiors will give you a “flat
fee” cost for the Redesign. We prefer this pricing structure
as opposed to an hourly fee, as this enables us to concentrate
on implementing the very best plan for your room(s) instead of
“racing against the clock” during the transformation. We will
secure a 50% deposit at the time of this consultation, which
will then be applied to your total Redesign cost.

Redesign Day!
|
This is a great time for you to schedule a day of work,
errands, shopping, or visiting with friends so you can come
back to the “big reveal”! While you are out, we will empty the
room to gain a fresh perspective, and we will also study the
architecture and lines of the room. Next, we "shop" your home
for additional furniture, artwork and accessories that may
enhance the look of the area. We will then rearrange the
contents of the room, using professional Redesign principles.
The amazing result will be a warm, inviting, and functional
environment that reflects your personality and style.
As you are picking your jaw up from the floor after you have
viewed your spectacular room, we will present you with a
recommendation list of items that you may want to consider
purchasing to add to the atmosphere of your new Redesigned
room. We may suggest paint colors, greenery, artwork, area
rugs, or accessories… and we will also list where you can find
these items at reasonable prices.

After
Party Hosting:

How
about inviting a few friends over for a Before & After
Redesign Party?
For example, on a Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m., your invited guests stop
over for a continental breakfast and see the room(s) before
the makeover. At 6:00 p.m., everyone returns for champagne
(what else?) to see the makeover results! Champagne Chic
Interiors will provide the food and beverages at no charge.
This party is guaranteed to get everyone excited and talking
about your home for a long time! You’ll end up with an
unbelievable new look for your home, along with a great day of
memories from your gathering.

and Commercial Redesign:

Your
business does have an image, whether you are aware of
it or not! Your office area is the place where people begin to
gather information about your company and your company’s
“style” of business. When it comes to the physical
surroundings of a reception area, executive office, or
boardroom, you need to project the image of success and
service.
Office Redesign uses the same principles as home Redesign to
create an environment conducive to your company’s operations.

and create a space that will convey these objectives through
functional and stylish office design.

“Why should I
have a room Redesigned?”
You may want to freshen and update a room, or gain more
coziness and warmth from your space. You may also want a room
to reflect more of your personality or style than it does
currently. You may have inherited some pieces that you would
like to integrate into your home. Many clients also get a
Redesign before the holidays or before hosting a party or
event.

"What happens
to the rest of the house after you shop for furniture and
accessories for the Redesigned room?"
It’s true that we often switch pieces from room to room to
achieve better function, weight, and balance. We try not to
leave open spaces or “holes” in other living areas. Before we
begin our Redesign, you are able to designate “off limits”
rooms that we will not “shop”. You will also designate an area
where any unused items can be carefully placed after the
Redesign is complete. You may wish to re-use these items in
the other rooms, or store them away.

“Will you be
able to help me? I don’t think that I have lot to work with...
most of my stuff is old."
Many people have a fear that their furniture or accessories
will not be useable, but in reality they may not be displayed
or utilized to their best advantage. We are experts at using
common items in uncommon ways, and you will be surprised at
the fresh look your items will have when we have completed the
makeover.

“My house is a
mess! Will you be able to overlook this?”
In the “real world”, people live in their homes and do not
have showcase homes. We have never known anyone who didn’t
have a few dust bunnies lurking! As a professional Redesigner,
it is not my goal to judge your furnishings or surroundings… I
only want to create a new look that you will love living in!

How will I know
if you share my style preference?
We have great respect for your preferences and therefore work
in every style: traditional, modern, country, eclectic, etc.
We listen to your preferences and desires, and use this as a
basis for our Redesign plan.
Q.
What if I hate
it?
Ahhh…. The infamous question! We have never experienced this
reaction, but we have a plan in case we do! We have a
guarantee that you will love your room… and here’s how the
guarantee works: Live with your new Redesigned room for one
week, and if you have any concerns after that week has ended,
we will be glad to come back and “tweak” your room until you
are completely happy with the results.
