The Initial Visit
We will set up an appointment to visit with you and determine the scope of services needed for your project. This is a good opportunity for both parties to interact and see if they will work well together. Champagne Elite Interiors creates a dialog with clients early in the design process to ensure the final space reflects the unique tastes of each client.

Scope of Services
This list or outline is used to define particular parameters of the job requested by the client. This process is a good check point to ensure communication is clear on the scale and range of the process, and also helps budget design time for both client and Champagne Elite Interiors. Our firm will present a scope of services along with a letter of agreement and design contract to outline all decorating fees, purchasing fees, and retainer amount involved with the project's requirements.

Preliminary Phase (Planning Phase)
Once an agreement has been reached about the scope of services and the contract has been signed, Champagne Elite Interiors begins the preliminary research and planning of the project. This may include initial space planning, area sketches, design concept, color analysis and style direction. This is a very important stage for the client to contribute ideas about the project. We may meet periodically to help focus ideas and create a design solution tailored for your needs and desires.

Final Planning and Implementation Phase
After an initial design plan has been approved, we will do the final research to pull the project together and organize the process. After a final meeting, client agreement and necessary deposits, Champagne Elite Interiors will commence all special orders and all collaborating partners will be secured according to the design contract.

Installation and Final Evaluation
This is an exciting stage for both client and designer when the entire project comes together during the final installations of the job. After careful planning and execution, Champagne Elite Interiors presents an amazing interior that creates an enjoyable, livable dream space for you to enjoy.
