client will be a candidate for
Design On
Demand.
So who IS a good
candidate?
Corporate property owners
are an
obvious answer, but let's concentrate on the residential
homeowners who are great candidates for this service...
Design On Demand clients are needing a quick move-in to their
new space, and they are willing to put a lot of faith and
trust in us to create the home they envision in a short amount
of time. Most homeowners may have a few existing furnishings
to utilize in the new home, but they are primarily wanting
a completely fresh look with new decor and furnishings that
are purchased exclusively for the new property. We do a
LOT of "homework" to find out style, tastes, family needs, and
likes and dislikes of the homeowner to arrive at a tailored,
complete design for the home. We use photos, the internet,
conversation, closet analysis, and a little bit of intuition
in the collaborative process to ensure outstanding results. We
have never failed to earn the trust of our Design On Demand
clients, but they ultimately have to feel comfortable offering
their new home up to our shared vision.
Another breed of Design on Demand candidates is what we call
the "Nike
Group".
This client calls to request that we "Just Do It"! This client
has usually seen our previous work in show homes, online, or
in an associate's home and just wants their house decorated
and pulled together FAST... the details are not important to
them, but the deadline date usually is. Many are transferring
from other cities and aren't able to take time off to
orchestrate all the details of decorating and setting up their
new place. With their definitive trust and from very little
direction, we can get to work and get it done.... beautifully!
The Memphis area is home to many national and international
corporate headquarters, and many Design On Demand clients have
purchased a property in the Memphis area for a long-term stay,
but inevitably will be transferring again and selling the home
within five years or less. Champagne Chic/Elite Interiors is
particularly qualified to assist this client, as we are able
to use our home staging expertise and knowledge to make
appropriate design choices while still offering results of a
personalized interior for the homeowner.
Other potential clients have just purchased a
vacation home
and are faced with the daunting task of creating an enjoyable
getaway from "scratch". Design On Demand allows these
homeowners the ability to quickly begin enjoying their new
investment. We are able to create a fun, casual vacation
environment or create an upscale, luxurious retreat for
discriminating tastes.... either way, all you will have to do
is show up! Let us get your new haven ready for your
arrival... after all, isn't the purpose of a vacation home to
RELAX?!
The common thread in all of our Design On Demand clients is
that they are open to design interpretation and are able to
allow us to submit major purchases for approval and then give
a little latitude on some of the finishing touches. We are
